Advancing technology is always a double-edged sword having both good an bad qualities. Late in 2003 a human was cloned in Germany. Later, around 2005 in a remote lab near Moscow a group of unknown scientists created a genetically manipulated full clone, using a special cloning chamber. The results were frightening. Full humans with unusual abilities. Some could heal at ten times that of a normal human, others had the ability to concentrate the energy of consciousness so intensely that they could move objects, create fire and even change the structure of matter itself.

The funding for this black ops project code named “Bio-Upgrade” was found to be coming from many sources. Mostly, wealthy industries trying to create super-humans that could protect their research secrets. These people were named “Geners” for “Genetic – “, a slang the quickly became a biased against the people created by the Bio-Upgrade lab. As far as anyone knows today two out of every five people have some Bio-Tech DNA. Those who acknowledge this prefer to be called “Enhanced” as opposed to the now insulting and rude term “Gener”. Most however hide any connection they may have to being “Enhanced”, out of fear of being discriminated against or even physically attacked. Every year fifteen to twenty people die because they are suspected to be “Enhanced”. It’s a sad genetic witch-hunt. The badly out dated systems were being absorbed by the new technologies. The realization of a pure democracy through the World Wide Web in 2007 destroyed The last of the empires and fused the world under one government. Though the corps run the world.

Of course there were a few bands of resistance. Those who felt it was against God or That their freedoms would be removed in order to fight growing attacks on the remnants of the USA. The UWG (united web government) was formed in 2010 and created an online forum for all people to vote on the issues that affected them. With the advent of the UPC tag (universal personal code) people became part of the system. This chip was embedded in the skin of the right hand. Smaller than a grain of sand, yet containing all personal information, while acting as a bank account holding credits (Because cash had become near worthless in 2008). The chip also contained an advanced GPS tracking locater. This allows the new UWG Enforces to track down criminals.

In 2012 the UWG Enforces, which are an advanced worldwide military police force, Instated the first Q60 Enforcer android. Unlike its proto-types this new android had Artificial Life technology. Developed by Rampage Inc and its founder David Scott. His creation of what came to be known as “Brain Box” technology, used cloned human cells to created a brain in a stabilizing liquid filled box. This box was installed in the chest of the android, and power by a magnetic compression coil, Q60’s had to have their personalities grown or they would become mentally unstable. Case in point the Q77 which was a smaller project to create a human sized Enforcer android. To help the Enforcers combatants calling themselves “Freedom Fighters”.

The UWG was under pressure by the masses in the online forum to do something about the growing attacks. So, they rushed production of the Q77’s and created about 1000 of them with out giving them time to grow up. Like giving 12 year old boys Desert Eagles and letting them lose on the world. It wasn’t long until the Q77’s revolted and killed their commanders. Running off to disappear in the “Red Zones” which as we all know are the toxic areas that were created by nuclear waste dumping. These vast areas support weird mutated trees and deformed monsters animals. Rampage Inc denies involvement in the Q77 problem, but offered a quick fix that also failed. In 2013, almost a year after the Q77 went AWL, Rampage announce it had created the perfect warrior unveiling a troop of “Gyro Warriors”. Created with advanced research based in large part on the “Bio-Upgrade” project. These men and women were normal human military personal chosen to undergo this “special” training. The DNA manipulation gave them all unique abilities. Common among the Gyro Warriors was a build up of heavy metals just under the skin, forming a sort of internal-exoskeleton. Making them near bullet proof. Some could control this “Second skin” as it was named. Allowing the warrior to form blades, similar to the comic book character named “Wolverine”. Of course the Gyro warriors could produce such blade-like weapons with out pain and from any point on their bodies.

The UWG was over confident and sent out only a dozen Gyro warriors to destroy the Q77 threat. Of course the war between them still wages to day. But, the number of Q77 Enforcer androids is estimated to be only about 450.

Still, having sentient psychotic MCC powered androids running loose was the driving force behind the promotion of personal arms. Many cities would not allow persons to walk around within the city walls without some kind of weapon. The UWG created a personal defense law that basically said you have the right to defend your self and even kill an attacker if no UWG Enforcers are near by to handle the situation. Getting an Enforcer involved in any kind of personal dispute usually landed the person in a detention camp for 2-3 years of hard tech assembly. Building UWG hover tanks and power armor. Rampage Inc got its start long before the old governments fell. Its first tech creation was MCC or Magnetic Compression Coil. A simple concept. The energy of two permanent magnets pressing on each other was transformed through a secret process into a stable AC or DC current. Because permanent magnets last about 400 years Rampage Inc destroyed the energy market. Oil, gas, coal and even natural gas was left in the dust. The secret to the success of the MCC technology named the “Blue Dragon”. was due to an underground approach. Giving select people in key positions access to the technology to run their homes, cars and businesses created a quite demand. Which Rampage was quick to fill.

By the time the “Vested Interests” knew what was happening 50% of their customers had switch to using a Blue Dragon. As the failing governments tried in vain to suppress this growing technology they failed to notice that even those among their number had switched over to the new MCC technology. The blow to the government attacks on Rampage Inc came when the then President Of the US was found to be powering the White House with a Blue Dragon. Environmentalist and wildlife groups jumped on the bandwagon as well as most tech companies.

Bill Gates himself ran an add on TV and his website praising the power of the Blue Dragon. Rampage Inc, then went down in history as the company that gave the world free unlimited access to the Internet on July 4th, 2008. Because the Internet was now totally powered by Blue Dragon technology. Not long after this the governing bodies of the web formed the United Web Conical (UWC) which was the pre-cursor of the UWG we know and love today.
